Mass Commemorating the Martyrdom of Salvadoran Jesuits and their Lay Partners

On Sunday, November 14, 2004, Blessed Sacrament Church will celebrate a Mass Commemorating the Martyrdom of the Salvadoran Jesuits and their Lay Partners. This commemoration will take place during the Sunday, 1:00 p.m. Spanish Mass. Fr. Peter Neeley, SJ, Jesuit Superior of the Jesuits of Compton and friend of the martyrs, will preside at the liturgy. Fr. General speaks at Creighton University on Jesuit-Lay Partnership

On October 7, 2004, Father Peter-Hans Kolvenbach, SJ, General Superior of the Society of Jesus, visited Creighton University on the occassion of the celebration of 125 years of Jesuit presence in Omaha, Nebraska. During his visit, Father General gave a major address on the future of Jesuit and lay partnership.
