The Ignatian Volunteer Corps Los Angeles will honor Sr. Peg Dolan, RSHM, recipient of the 2006 Della Strada Award.

Sr. Peg is a member of the Religious of the Sacred Heart of Mary. She has ministered many years at Loyola Marymount University as a chaplain in Campus Ministry and in Alumni Relations. She has also served as spiritual director to many local clergy, religious, and laity.

Ignatian Volunteer Corps is a faith-based, non-profit organization that provides men and women 50 and over the opportunity to serve the needs of the materially poor and marginalized, to work for a more just society and to grow deeper in the Christian faith by reflecting and praying in the Ignatian tradition.
